This sound stage was built inside of the building where Howard Hughes built the famous Spruce Goose airplane back in the 1940’s.  It was quite a challenge building a building inside of an existing building, but preserving the historical Spruce Goose Hanger was of paramount importance.  WWS designed and fabricated these trusses, coordinated all shipping to California, received and unloaded the materials, and assembled the trusses onsite.  It was a true A to Z service that was streamlined, all while completing work (1) month ahead of schedule.
